Erect nipple can be considered as normal but you should wear bra accordingly and buy a bra of good quality which will not show your erect nipples

White flaky stuff could be dried milky discharge from nipples. You should not try to rub your nipples and show it to some gynaecologist for confirmation as it could be an indication of high prolactin hormone in blood which needs to be investigated.

The discharge does not have anything to do with the medicines you r taking. Visit a physician to get it checked.
