Hi, Lybrate-user, nipple discharge might be normal or due to some underlying disease! Best thing for you should be visiting Gyanec or Surgeon for thorough examination. And its highly unlikely that you will have nipple discharge so soon following unprotected sex provided you are pregnant! For more details do consult me online. And from now on always insist for protection while enjoying physical intimacy.

From what you describe, there does not seem to be a major problem if the lump has disappeared. However, for safety reason, it is better to get yourself checked once and maybe an Ultrasound of the breast could be reassuring.

Erect nipple can be considered as normal but you should wear bra accordingly and buy a bra of good quality which will not show your erect nipples

Dear lybrate-user,
White flaky stuff could be dried milky discharge from nipples. You should not try to rub your nipples and show it to some gynaecologist for confirmation as it could be an indication of high prolactin hormone in blood which needs to be investigated.
