She is 28 years old but some red pimple type broken skin on one of her breast white part. Also, nipple is little swollen and paining while touching. No kids and breastfeeding yet. Kindly suggest.

Hi, I have PCOS. I am 23 years old. I am so worried now because my right breast discharge milky and left breast discharge clear when squeeze. But the discharge quantity is a little bit. And both breasts does not discharge all time when I pinched them but the discharge from both breast is sticky I think. I have done the self examination of both breast. Don’t feed immediately when baby is crying, you calm down baby first and then feed,
You may feel pain of your nipple because of baby’s bites as well.
