नाइटफॉल एक आम समस्या है जो ज्यादातर युवाओं के बीच आम है. यह एक तरह का मानसिक विकार है, जो रात को सोने के दौरान होता है. यह आमतौर पर कामुक सपने देखने के परिणामस्वरुप होता है. जब आप सुबह उठते है तो आप अपने अंडरवियर में गिला और चिपचिपा पदार्थ का अनुभव करते है जो कई बार शर्मिंदगी का कारण भी बनता है. किशोरों में नाइटफॉल होना एक सामान्य बात है. यदि आप महीने में दो या तीन बार नाइटफॉल का अनुभव करते है तो यह एक सामान्य घटना है. हालांकि, अगर आप इस समस्या को नियमित रूप से अनुभव करते है तो यह एक परेशानी का कारण भी बन सकता है. इससे आपके स्वास्थ्य पर असर तो पड़ता है, साथ ही मानसिक रुप से भी तनाव बढ़ता है. इससे थकान, शीघ्रपतन, अंडकोष में दर्द और कमजोर स्खलन जैसी स्वास्थ्य समस्या उत्पन्न हो सकती है. लेकिन इसके लिए घबराने की बात नहीं है. नाइटफॉल को रोकने के लिए कुछ बेस्ट एक्सरसाइज है, जो इससे छुटकारा दिला सकते है.
 

नाइटफॉल क्या है?

लिंग से अनैच्छिक रूप से रात को सोते समय वीर्य स्खलन को नाइटफॉल कहते हैं. वास्तव में, यह कामुक या सेक्स से संबंधित सपने देखने के कारण होता है. नाइटफॉल पर आपका कोई कंट्रोल नहीं होता है. इसे एक तरीके से मस्तिष्क संबंधित विकार भी कहा जा सकता है, जिसमें आप लिंग को स्पर्श किए बिना स्खलित हो जाते है. यह हस्तमैथुन से बहुत अलग है. यह लंबे समय तक यौन क्रिया से दूर रहने या फिर उन युवाओं में होता है जो अभी तक यौन संबंधों में शामिल नहीं हुए है. हालांकि, यह समस्या शादी या नियमित सेक्स करने के बाद स्वतः ही ठीक हो जाता है. यदि यह समस्या गंभीर बन जाती है तो नाइटफॉल को रोकने के लिए कुछ एक्सरसाइज़ है जिनके बारे में इस लेख में चर्चा करेगें.
 

नाइटफॉल के कारण

नाइटफॉल के लिए कोई ज्ञात कारण नहीं है. एक्सपर्ट्स ने अभी तक नाइटफॉल के कारण के बारे में कोई स्पष्ट तथ्य पेश नहीं किया है. हालांकि, कुछ संभावित कारण है जिन्हें नाइटफॉल के लिए जिम्मेदार माना जाता है.

1. टेस्टोस्टेरोन का उत्पादन- जब कोई किशोरावस्था में पहुंचता है तो शरीर से टेस्टोस्टोरेन यानीं पुरुष हार्मोन का उत्पादन शुरू हो जाता है. इसके उत्पादन होने के बाद लिंग से वीर्य निकलना शुरू हो जाता है. जब आप वीर्य स्खलन नहीं करते है तो नाइटफॉल ही वीर्य स्खलन करने के लिए एकमात्र जरिया होता है.

2. विपरीत लिंग से आकर्षण- जब आप किसी विपरीत लिंग के प्रति अधिक आकर्षण रखते है तो इसके परिणामस्वरूप भी नाइटफॉल हो सकता है. यह आपके दिमाग में घर कर जाती है जो रात में सपने के दौरान देखते है.

3. कामुक सपने देखना- यदि आप रात को कामुक सपने देखते हैं तो नाइटफॉल होना सामान्य है. यदि आप कामुक कहानियां या फिल्म देखते हैं तो फिर यह नाइटफॉल कारण हो सकता है.

4. रात में देर से खाना- रात को देर से खाना भी एक कारण हो सकता है.

5. सोने की मुद्रा- यदि आप रात को पेट के बल उल्टे सोते है तो भी नाइटफॉल का जोखिम हो सकता है.

6. पेट में गर्मी- पेट में गर्मी के परिणामस्वरुप भी नाइटफॉल हो सकता है.

 

नाइटफॉल से होने वाले नुकसान

नाइटफॉल से कई तरह के शारीरिक और मानसिक समस्या हो सकती है. यदि आप लंबे समय तक नाइटफॉल का अनुभव करते हैं  तो निम्नलिखित नुकसान हो सकते है:-

1. नाइटफॉल से वीर्य की कमी होने लगती हैं.

2. तनाव और चिंता की समस्या हावी होने लगती है.

3. यह आपको शारीरिक रूप से कमजोर बना देती है और आप दैनिक कार्यों में जल्दी थकान का अनुभव करने लगते है.  

4. अंडकोष में दर्द शुरू हो जाता है.

5. यह शीघ्रपतन का भी कारण बन सकता है.

6. नाइटफॉल के कारण चक्कर आना, स्मृति हानि, अनिद्रा की समस्या होने लगती है.


नाइटफॉल से बचने के उपाय

नाइटफॉल कोई गंभीर समस्या नहीं है और इसके लिए कोई चिकित्सीय इलाज नहीं है. इसके लिए आप कुछ घरेलू उपचार का सहारा ले सकते हैं जो नाइटफॉल को रोकने के लिए उपयोगी हो सकते हैं. इसके अलावा, अगर आप हस्तमैथुन या यौन संबंध बनाते है तो यह समस्या अपने आप ही कम हो जाती है. नाइटफॉल रोकने के लिए कई एक्सरसाइज भी है जो आपको इस समस्या से निजात दिला सकते हैं.


नाइटफॉल रोकने के लिए बेस्ट एक्सरसाइज

1. किगल एक्सरसाइज- स्खलन को नियंत्रण करने के लिए किये जाने वाले एक्सरसाइज को किगल एक्सरसाइज कहते हैं. इस एक्सरसाइज के माध्यम से पेल्विक क्षेत्र या श्रोणी की मांसपेशियां को मजबूत बनाया जाता है जो आपके गर्भाशय, मूत्राशय और छोटी आंत को सहारा देती है. इस एक्सरसाइज के करने से नाइटफॉल, समयपूर्व स्खलन, मूत्र या मल असंयम से छुटकारा पाने में मदद मिलती है.

पीसी मांसपेशी प्यूबिक की हड्डी से लेकर पेल्विक कैविटी के फ्लोर तक टेलबोन में जाती है. इन मांसपेशियों को मजबूत करने के लिए पीसी मांसपेशियों को स्क्विज़ की तकनीक अपना सकते हैं. इसके लिए आप मूत्र करने के दौरान बीच में मूत्र की धारा को रोकें और फिर मांसपेशियों को छोड़ दें. आप इसे एक दिन में 10 बार कर सकते हैं. इसके परिणाम 2 से 4 हफ्ते में दिखाई देना शुरू हो जाएगा. यह नाइटफॉल रोकने के लिए बेस्ट एक्सरसाइज है.

2. आत्म नियंत्रण - नाइटफॉल रोकने के लिए बेस्ट एक्सरसाइज की सूची में आत्म नियंत्रण भी आता है. जब आप आत्म नियंत्रण करना सीख जाते है तो नाइटफॉल से बहुत हद तक काबू पा लेते है. जब आप सेक्स या हस्तमैथुन करते हैं तो अपने ऊपर सेल्फ कंट्रोल रखना बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है. इससे आप समय-पूर्व स्खलन और नाइटफॉल से छुटकारा पा सकते हैं. जब आपको महसूस होता हैं कि आप स्खलित होने वाले है तो उसी वक़्त रुक जाएं. इसे दोबारा तब शुरू करें जब आपको लगता हो कि स्खलन दोबारा नहीं होगा. इसे क्लाइमैक्स तक पहुँचने से पहले पाँच बार करें. इससे आप आत्म नियंत्रण करना सिख जाएगें.


नाइटफॉल रोकने के लिए कुछ घरेलु उपचार

1. लहसून- नाइटफॉल रोकने के लिए लहसून बहुत फायदेमंद हैं. आप दो या तीन लहसून को छोटे टुकड़े में काट लें और रात को सोने के पहले चबाकर पानी पी लें. इसमें एलिसिन होता है जो आपके रक्त प्रवाह को रोकता है. यह वीर्य को लीक होने से रोकता है, जिससे नाइटफॉल नहीं होता है.

2.  अनार- आप अनार के जूस या इसके छिलके के पेस्ट बना कर सेवन कर सकते हैं. यह आपके रक्त परिसंचरण को बढ़ावा देता है.

3. तुलसी की जड़ को पेस्ट बनाकर पानी के साथ पीएं. यह भी फायदेमंद हो सकता है.

4. आंवले का मुरब्बा भी असरदार हो सकता है. आप इसका रोजाना सेवन करें.

5. अदरक के साथ प्याज, शहद, गाय का घी को मिलाकर पीने से नाइटफॉल रोकने में भी मदद मिलती है और यौन शक्ति भी बढ़ती है.
