May be you r getting fever in the evening please check your temp in the evening or if you are taking paracetamol or analgesics in the evening which is giving you sweating. If these symptoms are for a longer peroid then you need some tests and chest x-ray please see some physician.

could be the cause. Even antihypothyroid medicines can cause sweating if dose is not
properly adjusted. Weight is also quite more than recommended which can be a contributing factor. Consider living place has ambient temperature and ventilation.

5.If no relief do blood examination like ESR, CBC, Widal/ Typhidot test, Blood for mp/malaria antigen, Dengue antigen (NS1) test, urine Re/Me, x ray chest after consulting physician and follow the advice and treatment.
