Hi, it looks like upper respiratory tract infection. You may need oral antibiotics. Also for the eye, depending on severity, you may need eye drop. Please consult online for proper diagnosis. Till then you can use eye drop teardrops 2-3 times a day for a week.

Could be infection.
Did sweat go into eye?
Is there any pimple or pus points on eyelid?
Take a clear photo one of eyelid after pulling it up as much as possible and one focussing on iris and pupil.
Also are there any symptoms of fever
blur vison,
photophobia and watering.
Detailed history needed for treatment.
