My friend is 22 year old and she's experiencing severe cough, l since 3 days, she had fever for 2 days and it's gone now but she can't eat. Whatever she eats gets vomited. She had a medical history of tb in december 2020, completed the medicinal course, today she tested negative for tb.

I took misoprostol of 4 tablets and I wrongly swallowed more than half of the dissolved dose before thirty minutes. Will the abortion be successful? And can only 4 misoprostol tablets work full abortion.

More than 4 tablets have lots of side effects. It's ok wait for two three days. If bleeding doesn't start, take two tablets again.

I am 22 female, I had a medical abortion about two weeks ago using misoprostol ever since then I felt severe pains and tenderness in my tummy, the pains were so severe I had to use analgesic now the pain has reduced considerably but I still feel pain at a side of my tummy and my cervix us still open what should I do now?

If it's mild, nothing to worry as it will resolve in a few days. If it's severe, you need an ultrasound.

10 one is never sure about implantation bleeding.
2) after 1 week there is nothing but to wait for period.
3) if period is missed to do pregnancy test.

My son is 3 and a half years old diagnosed with spinal tb. He had recurring fever and localized lower back pain. There was pain in his legs behind the knees and stiffness. He had difficulty walking. His gait was antalgic. His mri showed l5 s1 affected with epidural abscess. Mis bilateral decompression was done. They started him on att 3fdc (pyrazinamide 450 mg, rifampicin 225 mg, isoniazid 150 mg based on his weight 15.6 kg) and wysolone 25 mg (steroid prescribed for 1 month and gradually tapered and stopped at the end of 2 and a half months). After 3 months there was a recurrence in tb which spread to l4 and l3. To make the spine stable we have done instrumentation. Is this recurrence due to wysolone?

Hi doctor had unprotected sex ,a week ago. Used withdrawal and safe period usually my periods are on time. It is delayed by 2 days. I want to know ,if I am pregnant and till when can I take abortion pill, as I have an important profession work in mid january. My last period was on 30th nov. I want to also know about complications after abortion pill, like if I can resume to work in how many days? And how many days I will be unproductive ,etc!

1) pregnancy test is first step
2) it is not advisable to find out till what time you can take abortion medicine as it is better as early as possible
3) withdrawal and safe period - both fail more
4) if abortion is succesful with medicines no effect on work at all
5) if fails by medicines and then procedure is required- 1 day off from work.
