When applied locally, volini spray will not affect the baby. If your calf pain is severe without any injury, you should get yourself checked for that by a doctor.

If there is all the findings on mri then you should go forward for att for 9 to 12 months.
Your report of genexpert afb will come negative still you have to start akt as your mri suggests of tb as seen from all oophoritis salpingitis, hydrosalpinx etc.

1) after drugs, for termination of pregnancy, it is sonography 15 days later which decides the success of treatment. 2) if there are rpoc usually repeat medicines do not work and d & c or sc is advisable but if you do not want no way but to try and if fails may decided for d & c then.
