Asked for female, 26 years old from Kakinada

I am 25 years old unmarried. I had an abortion last when 20 weeks pregnant. Foetus was fully expelled came out along with placenta. After 2 weeks bleeding was completely stopped. Its been 1 month and 10 days now. I didn't get my period yet. Is that a problem? Will I get my period. Please suggest.

It is not problem.
First period sometimes comes late.
I assume you are taking care to prevent pregnancy because during this time one needs to do that.
You will need some reports, vaccinations and supplements prior to next pregnancy.

Unmarried and 25. I had an abortion while 20 weeks pregnant. The foods expelled along with placenta in the hospital. And doctor cleaned inside my vagina through fingers and made almost the thing out. And after that she recommended augmentin, pantop,combiflam and misoprostol 200 mcg to put in vagina for 3 days. For 1st day after aborting, nurse put 2 misoprostol tablets into vagina. Is it very necessary to put those tablets in my vagina for another 2 days? I can't put my hand in there because there is still so much pain. Can I use it orally? Or can I avoid it? Please suggest. If I use orally can I take 2 or only 1 tablet? They discharged me after putting misoprostol tablet in my vagina. I don't know how to perfectly put that in my home now. Please suggest. Any substitute way. Is there any infection or risk if I take it orally?

You’re already taking medicines from your prescribe doctor. The correct route is vagina. In case you cannot tolerate it you can put it under the tongue and take the tablets. Yes, it is mandatory to do so. Yes, you can use them at home. There is no substitute for it.

Second trimester pregnancy can't be terminated medically alone. You need to consult a doctor physically.

My pregnancy test got positive. My first scanning was on 28th june, that time it shows the foods is about 4 weeks and 5 days. The second was scheduled on 12th july. That time I found out that the foods is not growing, only 5 weeks 1 day. The doctor suggested that I get an abortion. I requested the doctor to scan again. So she suggested that I do it on the 17th of july. My last period was on 19th may. This is my first baby and I am 31 now. Is there any hope? And also I am under medication for the last 10 years for polymiositisis- inflammatory myopathy. I am taking 2.5 mg wysolone alternate days and azoran 50 mg daily. But now as per the gums suggestion I stopped taking azoran. Is the baby not growing due to my illness? Am I capable of having a baby? Kindly reply on this matter.

Your condition does increase chances of miscarriage and slowed growth. That doesn't mean that you are not capable of pregnancy. Follow your doctor's advice diligently.

This happens to many pregnant women without any pre-existing medical conditions. Don't lose hope. This may not be a good one. But next time definitely you would have better chances of conceiving a healthy pregnancy.
