2) if sonography confirms normal- hormonal treatment from doctor for withdrawal bleeding.

First of all need to confirm whether your pregnant or not for that you have to do a blood test for beta hcg. If it's positive then either by medicine or by surgical procedure it can be done.

I was pregnant when I was 17 years old but now onwards did lot of sex and consume alcohol from 18 years old also consume ipill as well however my doctor said my fertile egg is very less like (40-50 age women has) right now my age is 23 so I want to know what is that reason ipill? Take calcium supplements, do knee strengthening exercises, avoid prolonged sitting on floor by folding the legs.
If there is any pain do hot compresison twice a day.

After taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts.- new counting.
Presence of withdrawal bleeding means no pregnancy by sex prior to it.
If this does not happen as well as the period is missed then do a pregnancy test.
