thanks for your query on Lybrate
"as" per your clinical history is concerned do take medication for hypertension and check your (tsh) every 3 months and adjust dose. For burning skin you can take vitamin b complex injection (neurobion 500 mcg) twice a week for one month then take oral caps once a day for 3 months.

Peripheral Neuropathy is one of the most common long term complication of long standing diabetes. It is seen even when blood glucose may be well controlled.
