"as" per your clinical history is concerned do take medication for hypertension and check your (tsh) every 3 months and adjust dose. For burning skin you can take vitamin b complex injection (neurobion 500 mcg) twice a week for one month then take oral caps once a day for 3 months.

Peripheral Neuropathy is one of the most common long term complication of long standing diabetes. It is seen even when blood glucose may be well controlled. However, in case glucose levels are not in good control then symptoms are seen much early. When one is having very good glucose control Fasting should be < 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% < 7.
