Although the symptoms are that of excessive milk secretion, for now, the tumor in due course cause a lot of problems (difficulty in vision, headache, Loss of smell, etc). You need to get in touch with an Endocrinologist immediately. In case you want any help online, you can book an online consult and I may be able to guide you further. H...more

As your lipid components are increased marginally To maintain your lipid you need to increase your intake of fibrous food like green vegetable spinach, peas, beans, fruits with their skin like plum, peach, etc. Exercise daily including brisk walk of 20 min, avoid fatty and oily food ,carbonated beverages red meat etc.

No issues.
Low cholesterol has no problems.
But yes you can decrease the dose of the statins by half and recheck the lipid profile after 3 months.
Long term statins treatment also has side effects.
Also you need to understand about cholesterol

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
For your lipids you may need just a statin like Rosuvastatin 5 mg. There is absolutely no need for fenofibrate, (F) as TGL value is just 197 mg. Unless TGL go beyond 500 mg there is no need to worry about. Properly balanced healthy diet plus regular exercise will be more than sufficient. Thanks.
