It is not serious as sgot and sgpt are normal but since you are feeling weak and total bilirubin is high its better to get evaluated for your hepatitis viral workup and usg abdomen along with complete blood counts. Also please mention your whole lft report including alp, serum albumin etc.

Hello.
There are many causes of increased prolactin level but it is mandatory to get contrast mri of pituitary gland done once prolactin is more than 100 to rule out pituitary microadenoma or pituitary macroadenoma.
At the same time other causes of increased prolactin (medications, thyroid dysfunction, liver dysfunction) need to be ruled out. Treatment with cabergolin need to be started.
