Hello,
the symptoms of shooting pain both sides of head and tightening as if nerve is pulling are not related to pain in the left knee. In addition the feeling of weakness associated with it gives me a feeling that it is anxiety causing these symptoms. If neurokind is giving relief its agood thing and please continue with it.

It is normal for the nose to alternate being obstructed on one side, then change to being obstructed on the other. This is called the nasal cycle. The nasal cycle is normal, but being aware of the nasal cycle isn't typical and can indicate nasal obstruction. Preference for sleeping on a particular side.
