Can increase indirect bilburin around 2.47 with total and 2.71 is a serious issue with sgpt (11) and sgot (20). I am feeling weak as well with some headache. Please suggest me if something is serious?

It is not serious as sgot and sgpt are normal but since you are feeling weak and total bilirubin is high its better to get evaluated for your hepatitis viral workup and usg abdomen along with complete blood counts. Also please mention your whole lft report including alp, serum albumin etc.

Kiwi. Papaya. Beetroot. Carrot. Banana and in night i'm taking only a brown rice. Vegetables. In cooking i'm just using a levandro pomace olive oil please tell me can I take an omelet or not?

I don't think so by doing exercise you vision will get back. Your diet may help like vitamin A comes all green leafy. If your eyesight demage is more then you have to wear eyeglasses or if it still mild you can manage by take medicine or by diet. So better you consult with doctor.

No it's not that much serious but you have to be cautious, take boiled water, avoid spicy food, junk food, need proper homeopathic treatment for this purpose.

I had ascaris worm found in stool, on which on was suggested noworm, but mistakingly instead of taking 1 table & another after 15 days, I took it continuously every 15 days gap (total 4 tablet in 2 month with 15 days gap), now 1) waking in night with breathlessness for 30 sec 2) disoriented mind 3) heart rate increased I done ecg, echo, 24 hour holter, x ray, pft lung test, blood test, lft test, thyroid test, evenly everything came normal should it would be reason for my problem, and what precaution/remedy should I do to deneglify theb over dose effect.

if all the reports you mentioned are normal then the symptoms you are having could be stress-related, as you missed the dose.
