Hi. I met with a neck injury due to a dangerous road accident 6 years back led to a huge swelling all over my neck and an open wound which was never treated medically. Hi sir/madam I am suffering with neck pain & dizziness from 2 years. 1 years back I consulted to physiotherapy doctor, he did give good treatment and also showed to me neck stretches I followed to him instructions and my neck pain dizziness is also gone.
