Hi pain is continues and right and back side of neck and my neck is curved to left side and I try to keep it straight but cant. One thing is that I have swelling at the back side of neck where it joins to back bone. I feel that my neck always be free mean it can be bent wherever someone force. Mean its very freefree. Now please tell me real solution.

It seems that you had a spasm of the muscles and if the swelling still persists than get a xray for cervical vertebrae.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful
use no pillow under the head.
Do hot fomantation.
Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days.
Caldikind plus 1tab od x10.
Do neck, back knee & general exercises.
It may have to be further investigated.
Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

I am a software engineer since past 8 years age 29 I sit for 8 hours a day and exercises moderately now and then the only issue I have is lower back and neck pain but since 1 month I am getting pins and needles sensations left side of the body majority means left hand, leg and even head and even face. Even when goosebumps comes it will be majority on left side I have went to a neuro physician he did all the nerve related tests which costed more than 10000 and wrote costly medicines as well which I have used for 2 weeks but not much response and its a little concerning for me now. Can anyone suggest/advice whom to visit or any medication for this specific condition.
