•do turn to one side while getting up from supine position.
•use hot pack for your neck.
•use towel roll under the neck during supine lying.

Right hand pain it might be due to carpal tunnel syndrome, where the pain will be felt in the wrist. You can do hot water fermentation/ wax therapy for shouldtreat carpal tunnel syndrome as early as possible after symptoms start.

There nighr be nerve root compression at c5-c6, which causing radiating pain to shoulder.

Take IFT and ultrasound therapy for a week then ask for cervical and shoulder muscle strengthening exercises, maintain proper posture while on work.
The pain may be due to inflammation over cervical joints which is radiating to upper back.
