cervical spondylosis– chronic condition with radiating pain

Hi, aap cervical traction use kre 10 mint fir hot water frugmentation kre. Neck isometric excercise kre or avoide pillow and donot use pressure in neck. Get well soon.

No need to remove you can go for good positioning of pillows ie. Cervical pillows or you can do ift to relax your muscles. You can also wear cervical pillow to posture your neck better.
