to get ride of it you should go to good root canal treatment (r. C. T)
when dentist will open your cavity for access opening to get cannal than your swelling n pain will be subside very soon otherwise I wl get worst.

As already explained, anus formed inside the glad with swelling causes constant pain as pus builds up. Fistula/ canal develops to open outside and discharge the pus. Any abscess outside anus is not fistula.
