Eat carrots, green vegetables eg pslak, milk and milk products, fruits, nuts. Diet can help in reducing the myopia.

This will depend on which vision you need for your occupation, i.e.;
- if you require excellent distant vision then multi-focal iol are not a good choice
- cost: whereas mono focal are covered by insurance, multi-focal require additional premium.
