Usually Nasal polyp cannot be the cause of stammering. Start speech therapy to make your speech more fluent. Talk slowly and prolong word at which you stutter.

First of all you should get a ct scan done to know the extent of disease. Surgery (fess i. E functional endoscopic sinus surgery) is treatment of choice for nasal polyps.
