You maybe suffering from allergic rhinitis along with your nasal polyp problem. You need to avoid the cause of your allergies and also take anti allergy medications. Please consult for prescription. If you have an infection and have fever you will need to do a course of antibiotics. For now do warm saline gargle and steam inhalation 3 times a day.
You will need to use a steroid nasal spray to control the size of your polyps.

Nasal Polyps: Nasal polyps are of two types, Infective in origin and Allrgic in Origin. Usually it is allergic in origin. You reqire to go for Endoscopy of nose, CT PNS exam . You may require Antibiotics, Anti histaminics and Nasal decongestants and anti allergic nasal spray as well. You may require FESS surgery also.
