Nasal Polyps: Nasal polyps are of two types, Infective in origin and Allrgic in Origin. Usually it is allergic in origin. You reqire to go for Endoscopy of nose, CT PNS exam . You may require Antibiotics, Anti histaminics and Nasal decongestants and anti allergic nasal spray as well. You may require FESS surgery also.

Hi. I understand your concerns. Sinusitis can also be due to allergy. Consult a pulmonologist /allergist for the same. You will benefit from intranasal corticosteroids and anti allergy medicines. Also try steam inhalation and saline nasal douche Thanks.

Seems like you are just suffering from allergic rhinitis and ct scan findings are incidental. Use steroid nasal blocks and antihistamines.
