Nasal polyp has to be surgically removed; no other option. After surgery anti-allergic treatment has to continue. Regular 6 monthly nasal endoscopic follow up in OPD has to be done to reduce chances of recurrence.

First and foremost, you need to undergo Microdebrider assisted Endoscopic Nasal Surgery to clear the nose of all visible polyps and open up all the Sinus Ostia. After recovery from the surgical wounds (7-10 days), you will need to be put on Intranasal Corticosteroid Nasal Sprays on the long term and regularly monitored on an outpatient basis for at least 5 years! in the meanwhile, Skin Prick Tests need to be done to identify the allergens causing the allergy and polypi! Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Avoid milk. Cold drinks. Take hot water steam.

You maybe suffering from allergic rhinitis along with your nasal polyp problem. You need to avoid the cause of your allergies and also take anti allergy medications. Please consult for prescription. If you have an infection and have fever you will need to do a course of antibiotics. For now do warm saline gargle and steam inhalation 3 times a day.
You will need to use a steroid nasal spray to control the size of your polyps.
