I am having dry cough/sinusitis/dns, have little difficulty in breathing, nose remains dry, however ear feels stuffed, if I take solvin 10 mg and cetrizine for 3 days, I feel relieved a lot but it again appears just after a cold breeze or little dust inhale, what's the alternative in homoeopathy of ayurvedic for permanent treatment?

This seems an allergic condition, it can be controlled, steam inhalation twice. Betadine gargle add 5 ml solution in hot to warm water gargle it before meal than spite it out.
Solvine plus one at night for five days
clavum 1000 two times a day after food for five days. Zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days.
Yet you need to consult a superspesialist as you suffer from long term.

I got infected with cavity in january 2022. After recovery, since february 2022 I started having shortness of breath and chest pain problem.
