Asked for female, 41 years old from Delhi

My 14 years old son had problem in breathing. He was diagnosed with increased adenoid tissues behind the nostrils and was operated for the same two years ago. Now he is again feeling the difficulty in breathing. Can you please suggest the possible permanent solution to this.

I am 42 year old male for last 3-4 months feeling nasal area becoming dry and blocked due to drying of nasal discharge causing discomfort. At times when I clear this deposit either dry or loosen with water find some solidified blood also in removed waste.

Whenever there is mucous discharge from the nostrils I will suggest you to take one tablet of cetrizine at night and Take Cp. Amoxicillin 500mg twelve hourly for five days

Hi, It has been 14 months that more often I have suffering from high amount of mucus discharge from my nostrils that once lasted for 5 months continuously. Then, also when I inhale strong spicy scent, mucus starts getting melted that I have to clear out from my throat. Now, Since 3 days, again I am suffering terribly. I feel little headache when I shake my head. Last time (3 months) Doctor consulted me:- 1. PCM 2. Antibiotic That I took, was ok hardly for two weeks. Then same condition followed me up. I don't know what to do,Please Help.

As per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -
1) Do a clinical examination by your treating Doctor ENT and do few tests to confirm [Nasal endoscopy, CT scan, CBC with differential ,and an allergy test
2) Use nasal saline spray and discuss with your doctor about Actifed, Doxycycline ,prednisone
3) If no response to medications then go for surgical treatment

This seems an allergic condition, it can be controlled, steam inhalation twice. Betadine gargle add 5 ml solution in hot to warm water gargle it before meal than spite it out.
Solvine plus one at night for five days
clavum 1000 two times a day after food for five days. Zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days.
Yet you need to consult a superspesialist as you suffer from long term.
