lybrate-user ji, please do not go for such rigorous walks right after having your food. A simple slow walk for 20-30 min is fine, indoors during afternoon. Your issue will subside on it's own on following the advice. You can take a walk outdoors when the environment is suitable after your dinner.

without looking at the ecg and echo report, it is hard to comment on condition of the heart.
Shortness of breath has 2-3 reasons mainly at this age. Heart related, lung related and others.
Since she is taking deflacort but no mdi pump was given, I think you should reconsider the treatment. Regards.

you need to get a pft spirometry to ascertain whether you have obstructive or restrictive airway disease.
