2. Put otrivin nasal drop 1 drop thrice daily
3. Take one tablet of sinarest 2 times daily after food
4. Drink plenty of water
5. Take rest.

Take sinarest one tab at night for 3 days, honitus cough syrup 2 tsf 2 times a day for 5 days. Inform if not ok. Take saline warm gargle. Take steam inhalation, take balanced diet. Take becosule one daily for one month. Use otrivin nasal drop 2 drop in each nostril sos. It is due to cold allergy.
