Hi thanks for your query- nasovion nasal spray/drops would really help you out quickly. Also apply vicks vaporub over nose before sleeping with an antihistaminic like citzine tablet. On long term basis- avoid ac, cold things, and an ent consultation for any dns/ allergic rhinitis.

You may be having fluid behind the ear drum. Ear exam under microscope, audiometry is required. If more deafness then removal of fluid by doing myringotomy will help you. If less deafness one can try nasal decongestant and antihistaminics.

2.Put otrivin nasal drop 1 drop thrice daily.
3.Take one tablet of Levocetrizine(5mg) at bed time.
