Hello lybrate-user, the nose should not remain blocked. Our natural pathway for breathing is through nose only and when we breath through mouth then the functions of nose like humidification, cleaning of air, removing bacterias and dust particles all get disturbed. As far as your problem is concerned a simple nasal endoscopy can detect your problem and the treatment can be started. Nasal blockage is a symptom only and a disease in itself.
