Valprol cr is a teratogenic medicine which can have adverse effects on fetus in 6-15% of cases.
In ideal situations, you should have consulted your neurologist before planning pregnancy to start you on a safer alternative.
I hope you have been taking folic acid supplements throughout your pregnancy. It has some protective effects on teratogenicity.

Hello! I understand that you have a number of doctors and psychologists for your health problem. You are taking medicines from the psychiatrists. It is good that it will be helpful to you. But, psychiatric medicines have side effects sometimes. First of all, I think that you have to maintain a routine life everyday. Eat and sleep well. Besides, try to concentrate on certain activities you like much. Do some exercises regularly. You select a person liked by you. You need to share your feelings - ...more

I am under treatment for severe adhd. I’ve been prescribed concert and medicines (methylphenidate) but haven’t responded well to it. After a couple days I stopped because I was having a lot of anxiety and some other minor side effects, but I did’t feel any improvement. If I try ritalin would it be different? I know that it is the same substance just not the same delivery mechanism but does it have the mechanism of action. Or maybe I should try the same medications i’ve been prescribed a little longer and see if it has a different effect? I figured that I should conclude on the effectiveness and respond of the substance on my brain the first time I took it as it is a stimulant but I am not sure. I want to try amphetamine based stimulants but they are’t available in france (there is one -attention 5 mg, a form of dexamfetamine- but it is extremely difficult to have it prescribed). I will soon be on strattera (atomoxetine) and I wonder after a few weeks when it should normally reach its effectiveness will it “work” like a stimulant? I mean will the effects be felt on a daily basis after taking the pill? Thank you.

Hello! sounds to me like you are feeling quite confused and frustrated in the moment. It may be helpful for you to continue the dosage prescribed by your psychiatrist. Sometimes medicines take time to work. All medicines need to be taken for the time they have been given. The regimen matters in psychiatric medication. Unlike other meds, we can not choose to reduce dosage or stop taking. That being said, finish the course and then go to psychiatrist to explain side effects. Sometimes side effects...more

I am sorry to hear about your concern, but I will be happy to assist you.
As a framework for understanding these vulnerabilities, it’s helpful to know that screen time—particularly the interactive kind—acts like a stimulant, not unlike caffeine, amphetamines, or cocaine. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Avoid using oral steroids for a long time without doctor's supervision. Nasal congestion can be treated with anti-histaminics, saline nasal sprays and steam inhalation. If required, steroid nasal sprays can be used for relief supplemented by short course of decongestant drops containing xylometazoline. It is important to understand cause of nasal congestion for any effective treatment. Kindly consult with a specialist in person and avoid self medicating with steroids.

Waking once or twice during the night is normal. However, if you find yourself waking up more than that and taking a long time to fall back asleep each time, it could be a sign of a bigger problem. Also known as sleep maintenance insomnia. you may need a detailed discussion for a better and effective consultation.
