My nails recently developed thin white bands, irregularly located. Before this both my pointer fingers grew transverse w-shaped ridges at the same time and they are now halfway through (i.e. They moved with my nail growth). They have white bands in the same place, which developed later in old nail, closer to the tip, the area between the ridges and these bands are lighter and slightly yellow tinted. The joints closest to my pointer tips crack when I bend them (but this is a recurring issue). I am most concerned by the sudden and recent appearance of white bands overnight in all of my nails--are they make lines? There are also some faint lines in my thumbnails (near the tips). Btw don't use the phone number it is not correct.

Actually I have an issue with the nail of a left finger of my hand. The nail seeks to be darken and to detach from the bulk of the finger. It is also deforming a bit. There is no significant pain around the nail. Additionally,the darkening started at one side of the tip of my finger, spreading towards the base, taking a you turn and eventually reached the other side of the tip of that nail. This problem started about a month before.

It looks like you have ingrown toe nail. If it is infected and there is pain then above medicines might help.
