Hi, use a moisturizer like venusia and sunscreen before going out in sun to help skin heal. Use tretinoin only on normal skin, at night very little amount under doctor's supervision.

You may need a lower strength or a different retinoid. You can also try to apply it after using a good moisturiser, also moisturise well throughout the day. If the dryness and peeling still persist, its better to consult a dermatologist for personalised advice on which retinoid to use and how.

Hi
it is mandatory for you not skip even a single day of your antifungal treatment (neither the capsule, not the local applications).
Also, it is important to treat any other family members if they are having the same complaints, because fungal infection can spread from one to another. Nevertheless, if needed, you can have a direct consultation for the same if you need it.

It may take a few weeks to see noticeable results. Still if aciderm does not work for you, you may need a different depigmenting agent depending upon the type of your pigmentation and skin condition.

You can opt for either of online or in clinic consultation. However its important to stop using over the counter drugs like betnovate, because if its an infection, its likely to complicate the problem and also lead to skin damage if used for long periods.
