It's due to non healing disc lesions at cervical level, due to which it causes radiculopathy, associated symptoms of pain, stiffness, muscle weakness, and the solution is start physiotherapy asap, use proper mattress and cervical pillow, if pain comes down start with cervical isometric exercises to strengthen the muscles.

Preferably use air cushion. Meant for this problem .It has hole in centre so pressure is avoided over coccyx
Hot fomentation
When you getup from sitting position put pressure on your handsand transfer weight in front then it will be less painful to getup
Analgesic
In severe. Cases one can go for corticosteroid injection locally
This condition normally takes 4to6 months to recover so have patience.

Deep breathing for lung expansion and stretching exercises to improve spine and joint mobility. Are also advised to sleep on a firm mattress and avoid the use of a pillow in order to prevent spine curvature. Aerobic exercise is generally encouraged as it promotes full expansion of the breathing muscles and opens the airways of the lungs.

Tinnitus will remain with you lifetime and I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and Take a flow of steam (of plain water only ) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required

Dear student your neck stiffness problem is due to the prolonged hours of the posture which requires forward bending and it creates strain on both muscles and bones. I advise you change your posture regularly and not to bend too forward. Also you can take some muscle relaxant tablets if the problem is too worse or unbearable. Otherwise an ointment like volini or moove spray may be helpful for mild pain. Also do regular exercises and eat high balanced diet esp calcium rich. Good luck for your exa...more
