The swelling usually subsides by itself, but a scar may form that affects your vision. Advanced keratoconus also may cause your cornea to become scarred, particularly where the cone is most prominent. A scarred cornea causes worsening vision problems and may require cornea transplant surgery.

Nothing can reduce the myopia in our eyes and you need to use glasses or do lasik surgery if feasible.

Eat carrots, green vegetables eg pslak, milk and milk products, fruits, nuts. Diet can help in reducing the myopia.

There is no medical treatment in any system of medicine for myopia and he needs to use glasses/ contact lens and can think of lasik surgery if feasible.

For the -6.50 or higher, icl will usually provide higher quality and higher acuity vision than lasik. It is also usually safer because of the minimal impact of the new lens compared to changing the cornea the amount that would be required with lasik in these cases.
