Aspergillosis antibodies that you are taking about, are indicative of acute (igm) chronic (igg) and allergies (ige. Clinical correlations and other investigations are needed. Fungal culture is the best to diagnose it.

Along with topical medications, it's advisable to go for chemical peeling or laser session. If the pigmentation is deep lasers would be more helpful. Till then continue the topical medication and use a good sunscreen.
