Hello myasthenia gravies is a neuromusclular disorder in which there is progressive muscles weakness specially muscles of face, drooping eye lid etc, there is no cure of this condition but can only management of it, hence go to physiotherapist for better treatment plan to fight with this disease,

First and foremost double vision is a binocular phenomenon in this case. So you cannot say double vision is in one eye only. Myesthenia gravis is a disease affecting all voluntary muscles in the body. So adequate treatment for the disease is a must.
Muscle exercises will not help in her case. Consult the physician who is treating her for myesthenia and get the dose of her medication adjusted.
