1. stay busy and focused by engaging in activities like playing games/sports, learning music/painting etc. 2.Find new hobby like cooking, gardening, writing, public speaking 3.Eat healthy diet 4.Volunteer your time by doing social work like tutoring needy children/ working at shelter home and rendering free service, raising money for a good cause 5.Avoid loneliness, socialise with friends/relatives 6.Stop watching porn in computer/moble 7.develop will power, determination to stop practicing 8.Don't have guilty consciousness since it is normal and a healthy way of relieving sexual tension if done in moderation(1-2 times/week) 9.Get adequate sleep(7-8hours daily) 10.take plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits and have balanced diet. Avoid oily/spicy/fried/junk food. Try to have vegetarian food. Observe fasting for 1-2 days in a week 11. Avoid alcohol/smoking 12. Drink plenty of water(8-10 glass daily) 11. Go for regular aerobic exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/jogging/running/cycling/swiing 12.Do yoga, pranayam,meditation to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 13. Consult a sex therapist/ counselor for further advice

My friend have migraine problem from last 6 months. Please recommend some natural therapies to cope up with this.

Natural therapy primarily is avoid precipitating factors which can be something in diet like cheeses chocolates, commonly. It can be loud music , dim light , inadequate sleep. Try pranayaam , yoga and morning walk . take a nutritious diet and plenty of water. RELAX. Take life easily.

Get BP and eye sight checked, x ray PNS, thyroid hormones T3 T4 Tsh 1.Sleep.Go to bed and get up about the same times every day, 3. Eat regular meals. 4. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration 5. Relax – listen soothing music. Walk for 5 mts 6.avoid .stress, 7. .avoid strong stimuli like loud noises, and smell of food 8. Keep your routine fixed and regular for medicine contact on private consultation.

1.Apply a fresh paste of cold cucumber juice with 2 tsf of lemon juice and wash off after 10 minutes 2. You can also combine 2 tsf of aloevera gel with few drops of rose water. Freeze it for 10 minutes and apply it on tanned skin 3. You can also apply fresh lemon juice in affected area and dry it before washing it with water 2-3 times a week 4.Avoid exposure to bright sun light 5.Apply sun screen with SPF more than 45 while going out door 6.Consult for further advice.

Should I be going for laser therapy for acne and pores? Is there any disadvantages of laser therapy?
Yes, you may go, laser therapy leaves temporary marks but they go after 2-3 days. It gives good results but has to be done at a proper clinic, under the supervision of a well qualified dermatologist.

Continue therapies till the symptoms don't settle. Most of them can go for normal schooling if rright treatment and care is given

My mother is suffering with breast cancer she completed all chemo therapies but she often getting body pains please prescribe the medicine.

Hi, I appreciate you seeking help. Pain/ fatigue/ weakness etc all are commonly seen in cancer patients. For an acute or break through cancer pain, she may require prompt support from her consulting oncologist to help her with the needful analgesics that can relieve her pain. Simultaneously, however, for chronic and persistent pain, she can try the following in addition to her ongoing (pain) medications for relief - (a) eat a wholesome nutritious diet consisting of whole grains and plenty of leafy greens & fresh fruits. Include broccoli, capsicum, tomatoes, garlic, fenugreek, turmeric, leychees, pomegranate, cranberries, red & purple grapes etc all. (b) try including a cup of turmeric milk in her diet plan too, to be taken one to two times daily. Make sure the diet is not only nutritious but also easily digestible. (c) try consuming fresh water fish prepared with extra virgin olive oil. In case she is a vegetarian, you may consider cod liver oil capsules as a substitute/ supplement. (d) ensure that she stays well hydrated. Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of clear fluids daily. Should she be losing weight or cachexic, she can take fresh juices, milk etc all to increase calorie and protein intake suitably. (e) additionally, you can consider a good nutritional supplement consisting of zinc, selenium, beta-carotene, vitamin c, vitamin d3, vitamin e & the b-vitamins, on a daily basis. (f) over and above the diet/ nutrition aspect, she needs to streamline her lifestyle too. A relaxed and stress free mind is also known to have positive impacts on one's health. In this connection, I would advise that she practise relaxation techniques including yogasanas (like'savasana' as mentioned above), meditation, listening to soothing music, social interactions, attending or viewing spiritual programmes etc all to destress, stay relaxed and happy. Stress needs to be controlled well throughout to beat fatigue and the associated weaknesses & pain. Staying relaxed and visualizing positive/ pleasant outcomes helps in pain management. As and how she gets over her weakness, she can start including short walks daily too, in her fitness regimen. (g) daily body massage/ foot massage also helps in such conditions. Acupuncture too can be of help in overcoming pain, weakness & fatigue etc all. Would advise take help from a trained masseur/ acupuncturist here. For Bp and sugar, she needs to follow proper diet. For good sleep, just try out these simple ways - 1. Stick to a sleep schedule- Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try to limit the difference in your sleep schedule on weeknights and weekends to no more than one hour. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle. If you don't fall asleep within about 20 minutes, leave your bedroom and do something relaxing. Read or listen to soothing music. Go back to bed when you're tired. Repeat as needed. 2. Pay attention to what you eat and drink - Don't go to bed hungry or stuffed. In particular, avoid heavy or large meals within a couple of hours of bedtime. Your discomfort might keep you up. Caffeine deserve caution, too. 3. Create a restful environment - Avoid prolonged use of light-emitting screens just before bedtime. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs. Doing calming activities before bedtime, such as taking a bath or using relaxation techniques, might promote better sleep. 4. Limit daytime naps - Long daytime naps can interfere with nighttime sleep. If you choose to nap, limit yourself to up to 30 minutes and avoid doing so late in the day. 5. Include physical activity in your daily routine - Regular physical activity can promote better sleep 6. Manage worries - Try to resolve your worries or concerns before bedtime. Stress management might help. Start with the basics, such as getting organized, setting priorities and delegating tasks. Meditation also can ease anxiety. Identifying and treating any underlying causes can help you get the better sleep you deserve. If above things doesn't help you, then consult us for homeopathic medicines.
