Its quite simple, first you need to make yourself confident and then start with exercises.
There is no need to tske medicines as well
as your age is still 36 yrs. Its easier for you to get recovered.

Hope your plasma treatment is helping. Other two medications you r taking is mainly pain killers. You can gradually stop those and see how effective is plasma treatment. As it’s new modality, it’s still under trails. No significant good results to everyone.
If it doesn’t work, probably needs knee replacement surgery. Best wishes.
