I'm female, 45 years old I was setting on the ground and sweeping, when I turned around I felt like my left knee twisted and I felt pain I live in turkey and I went to the doctor they did x-ray after that my doctor prescribed the following medicines: laser mikropellet capsule 15 mg bi-profenid emulid plus-jel etotio 400 mg when I used the above medicines I could feel relieve on pain, when the medicines are finished the pain is back. I got those medications several times now it's 4 month and the pain is getting worse day by day the pain is mostly at night-time, I feel pain when setting or standing when I set down or stand up I hear noise on my left knee I think going to the same doctor again will not make any change so I need some help on this issue please consult me on this matter what should be done to get rid of it. Hello doctors. I am 24 years old. I am suffering stiffness in my whole body since 12 years .i visited hundred above doctors but nobody could cure me. Finally a local doctor advised two medicine to take twice a day am I am feeling better. But unfortunately when I stop taking these medicines again stiffness start. Below are two medicine that I take regularly. * prednisolone dispersible tablet 5 mg wysolone 5 * elyte tablet. I have been taking these last 3 months regularly. I search about these two medicine and got shocked when I read their side effects. So I decided to stop taking these. Now I requested to you .please give me a similar formula of these medicines in ayurveda or homeopathy. But allopathy medicine has so many side effects and I don't want to suffer more pain. Grade 3 falls in complete tear category. It may take several weeks. In such case one should not bear weight on affected leg. Regular investigation will tell how much recovery need to be done.
