It looks like you are anaemic. If you have muscle pain after you stretch for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain.

Start with altria flam p for 5 days after food along with lots of hot and cold pack application thrice daily, along with betadine ointment application if in case of any abrasions, infective wound need t bact ointment twice daily after cleaning with savlon liquid.
