it is best for you to visit a medicine specialist for an examination. Theres could be a peripheral vascular disease, but only an examination can tell. Also,a few blood tests for kidney function and cbc may be required.

You are on 3 medications for blood pressure. Please mention how long since you have been having these. Alos,whether your blood pressure is controlled with these.
As for vitamin d, if you have a deficiency, you will need to supplement. However if you have side effects with weekly doses, you can try daily supplements, they may cause less side effects for you. Also you must spend 15 minutes in sunlight

plese try and remember if the pain started while doing some exercise. You may have injured a muscle with some activity. Normally such pain should go away with some muscle relaxants in 4-5 days.
You can consult someone online too for a prescription.
