Protein suppl will not help unless you correct your overall food intake. To reduce weight avoid eating outside & packed food. Eat healthy natural food like fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts & seeds. Have lower intake of sugar, oil, salt & maida. Do 30 mins of strength exercise in morning.

Hii,
To get rid of constipation protein will not be helpful. What you need is fibre and plenty of water. So I suggest you to have flax seeds n salads n lots of liquid.

1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). Or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories.
