You can take Mla D while using multivitamin capsules and use of Mla should not be for longer time and you have to use non hormonal pill like
Saheli as they are safer

Yes .u may take .as the zandu pancharishta is just a herbal digestive tonic, it may not pose a big problem to take it with multivitamins.in specific, as the scientific data regarding the drug interactions between multivitamins and zandu pancharishta is not available as of now, I would suggest you to alternate the timing of either drug.
