U don't need to take museli. Take breakfast which is native to your place, as breakfast is the most important part of our meals. We eat it after a gap of 8-10 hours. So it should be nutritious. Bfast plays major role in our energy levels

The product mentioned may be good enough. You have to look at the amount of calories that you take during the breakfast. Because since your blood glucose is uncontrolled, there has to be strict control on caloric intake. Since I have no idea about your total calories being taken, there is no way to comment. Blood glucose 350 mg is too high. Please tell me fasting, Pp & HbA1 c% and present medication, then I will be able to guide. It is better to take r...more
