Kindly make sure that your laptop/books/desktop monitor screen is always at the level of your eyes. Avoid excessive bending/looking up. Keep a neutral position of your neck
For pain relief, I advise you to do some gentle chin tuck exercise. Avoid nodding your head. Use a mirror so that you can correct yourself
Repeat this for 10 times/ day without excessive pressure or holding during the exercise
If you canât bear your pain at all then apply an ICE PACK...more

A corset or a brace could be used to provide support; cervical collars may be used to alleviate pain by restricting movement. This is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help and along side you can do hot water fermentation.
