most probably your problem is aphthous ulcers-
the actual cause is unknown and hence many symptomatic and supportive treatments are used. Taking vitamin b complex ;vitamin c suppliments is helpful. Gargling twice daily with warm saline with little dexamethasone powder and taking tetracycline cap 250 mg three times daily for 5 days also is useful.

2.Drink plenty of fluids.

Age? Are u diabetic? If so is ur blood sugar under control. If u dont know then fo check blood sugar fasting from lab. Blocked nose can be because of sinusitis or polyp nose or allergic rhinitis or sore throat or DNS or adenoids etc. I need detail of case. In the meanwhile follow this
