there could be many causes. It could be a problem related to difestion or related to snoring at night, to name a few. It is difficult to say without getting more information. Please consult a physician who will be able to ask you relevant questions to solve your problem. Meanwhile make sure you eat well, do not eat a lot of spicy food and ask someone to check if you snore too much.

Mouth ulcers are aggravating at best and may be extremely painful. Also called canker sores or aphthous ulcers, mouth ulcers can be triggered by various factors, including stress, illness, or simply biting your cheek.
Rinse your mouth with a saltwater solution. Mix a teaspoon or two of salt with a warm glass of water and let it dissolve. Swish the solution in your mouth from side to side, then spit it into the sink. Don’t swallow the salt solution.

1. Avoid spicy and sour foods, drinking hot liquids like tea, coffee and avoid oily, spicy food until the ulcers heal.
2.Drink plenty of fluids.
3.Regularly rinse your mouth out with warm, slightly salted water or baking soda.
4.Keep your mouth clean.
5. Apply ice to your canker sores by allowing ice chips to slowly dissolve over the sores

Dear user a picture of ulcers in the mouth would be very helpful to clinch the diagnosis. If possible send me a picture. For time being you can take:
1 -vit b complex 1 tablet daily for 15 days
2-metronidazole, chlorhexidine and lidocaine containing ointment (rexidin-m forte gel) to be applied over the ulcers thrice daily
3- in initial days avoid hot and spicy food, preferably liquid or semisolid diet. I hope it will help, thank you.
