Dear user a picture of ulcers in the mouth would be very helpful to clinch the diagnosis. If possible send me a picture. For time being you can take:
1 -vit b complex 1 tablet daily for 15 days
2-metronidazole, chlorhexidine and lidocaine containing ointment (rexidin-m forte gel) to be applied over the ulcers thrice daily
3- in initial days avoid hot and spicy food, preferably liquid or semisolid diet. I hope it will help, thank you.
